| PLATFORM CONVEYOR Most people think that conveyors are easy to find, easy operated machines and buying the cheapest one is enough. But then they realise that the belt of the conveyor moves unexpectedly, impossible to clean the mass on it, rollers dont work properly. So you should remember that all machines in a recycling line should fit each other and should be at the same quality to have a productive line. If a problem occurs in one of the machines of the line, all line will slow down or even stop. This means product and money loss. When buying a platform conveyor check out that the rollers pull the belt and there are enough rollers under the belt. Check out the tightness of the band once a month by pressing your hand on it, this would take a few seconds. If the belt gets out of the house check the bearings grease. If you have a problem at the engine, it is mostly a mechnanical problem. Platform conveyors are easy operated and low maintaned machines but this doesnt mean that you will never check them out.  Technical Features With its 3 Kw reductor engine and conveyor belt system it provides carrying the plastic scrap to the crushing line. The size of our conveyor system can be differ depending on the space it will be used and capacity of the crushing line. |
