| HORIZONTAL SQUEEZING MACHINE PP-PE FILM SQUEEZING MACHINE One of the most important machines at the film recycling line. Is used for squeezing the washed film material. Dewaters the film material squeezing it mechanically. Has high torque. Hardly disordered, easily maintain machines. They don’t need operators.  Technical Features Dries the plastic film material by squeezing mechanically. Processes 200 kg to 1000 kg per hour proportional to the system capacity. Has 37 – 90 kW 1500 rpm engine power. Extruder type reducer is used depending on the system capacity. By transferring the dirty material to the squeezing machine after the washing phase the humidity of the material is minimized via the squeezing method and therefore energy comsumption for the second phase at the agglomeration machine is minimized. Made of heavy duty steel and sheets completely by gas welding manufacture. The squeezing machine is enviromentally protected with protection panels in order to prevent any danger arising around the machine for a number of reasons. Our machines have TSE, Warranty Certificate,After Sales Compliance Certificate and CE certificate. While the squeezing rate was at 15% on the previous models, after modifications and improvements
that rate reduced to minumum levels.
