Centrifuges are used for intensive washing for both film and
rigid plastics. Friction which is created by high speed rotor makes
intensive cleaning. Our improved rotor and rotor wings design
creates more friction and increase centrifuge efficiency..
With some constructional changes centrifuges can be used for
dewatering of rigid flakes. HORIZONTAL CENTRIFUGE – FRICTION WASHER  Technical Features
Horizontal centrifuges are used for washing plastics under high
speed and cleaning material intensively by friction. They can be
reinforced by chemical solution pumps according to material
contamination. Horizontal centrifuges are made of AISI 304 material
in 3000 mm lenght. Ø250 mm and Ø300 mm options are available
according to the capacity. |

VERTICAL CENTRIFUGE Single Vertical Centrifuge Technical Features Vertical
centrifuges are used for dewatering rigid flakes with high speed.
Humidity rate of the rigid flakes are reduced up to 1%, thanks to
the improved rotor design. Double
vertical centrifuge can clean and dewater lightly contaminated rigid
flakes, mostly coming from industrial waste and contaminated by dust,
in same machine.
