Agglomeration Machines are used for drying washed and dewatered plastic to make material ready for extrusion. They can also be used for size reduction of dry and clean plastics before extrusion.

Agglomeration Machines dry materials by the friction occured between rotating blades on the rotor and fixed blades around the machine.

Type and form of plastic is not very important for agglomerators. As long as they are used by an experienced operator, they process rope, net, film and rigid plastics easily.


Technical Features

70 – 130 cm diameter options are available. Made of 12 mm thick iron sheet.

Stainless steel sleeve is available on request for inner part of the body.

Lid of the machine is opened pneumatically.

There is 1 pc of rotor inside the body and rotating blades are mounted on the rotor. Fixed blades are mounted about the body.

Blades are made of DIN 1.2379 steel, grinded and hardened by heat treatment.

Power transfer is realized with V belts under the safety covers.

Improved design of the machine allows easy belt change without wasting time, in case the belts are broken.

All parts that are used in the electrical panels have CE and TSE certificates.
