Agglomeration machines are used for making dense and heavy materials from light materials and to feed extruders with dense, dry material. It is a cylindrical machine with rotating blades at the bottom. The friction which is made by these blades heats the material till the softening point. Water can be added in this time and the compund sinks. After the evaporation of water the material which looks like small pop-corns come out. This is what an agglomeration machine does.

So, why do we have to use these machines?

Agglomeration machines never care about how wet and what type the material is. They soften the material with heat. The agglomerated material can be kept in a silo and mixed there to catch a standart quality. They can work on nets, film, ropes safely when used by an experienced operator. Also they are very easy to fix and have low maintenance cost, changing the blades takes only 10 minutes.

Our agglomeration machines are designed in compliance with the damp, crushed, wringed products and wastes.

Blades revolving at high speed inside the basin together with the rotor crush the plastics through heating by means of fixed blades around the basin. Crushed and heated plastic flakes are converted into useable plastic by water shocking.

Internal body track charge area is designed as chrome jacket socket.

The lid of the machine is opened pneumatically.
Has 1 piece revolving track, 2 pieces revolving track blade and fixed blade.
Flywheel weights are selected appropriately with the system to minimize the energy consumption.
The balancing of the parts operating at high speed such as flywheel and rim is carried out by us during the manufacture process.
The power is transferred to the rotor by B type V belts within the safety shelter.
System is designed in order to enable replacing the V belts, which can break off for various reasons , easily and without wasting time.
The lifetime of the existing bearing systems are improved after the research and development. Standart oiling system is improved in order to make it possible to oil miscellaneous parts externally without inturrupting the operation of the machine.
Agglomeration machine is enviromentally protected with protection panels in order to prevent any danger arising around the machine for various reasons.
Agglomeration machine flywheel bearings are selected to be durable for high speed and load Control panels, electrical power units and power cables comply with all safety specifications and CE standards.
