GRANULATOR  Technical Features
We produce granulators for plastic with capacity of 100 kg to
1500 kg/hour. All our granulators are designed to work for long
years with high capacity and have low maintenance requirement.
Materials are crushed between rotating and fixed blades under
scissors effect in our granulators. This feature crushes the flakes
in same size and reduces the dust and heat which downgrades the
flake quality.
Our granulators have compact design for easy transport and
installation. Machines can be easily cleaned and they need low
maintenance during their work life. Security switches on the machine
provide maximum safety for operators during operation and cleaning.
Improved rotor and bearing system, bearing housing outside the
crushing chamber allows wet crushing and long life time.
There are eight different models with 40-50-60-70-80-100-120-150
cm rotor length. Crushing chamber is made of high quality steel. Our
granulators are able to crush all type of plastics.
Hydraulic powered hopper which is controlled on the panel is
standard for middle and big sized granulators.
Curtain in the hopper prevents material to be deflected back
during crushing.
Heavy-duty bearings absorb crushing effect easily.
Bearings that are outside the crushing chamber allows wet
crushing
Straight, angled, V type rotors with 3 or 5 blade rows can be
designed according to material.
Blades are made of DIN 1.2379 material, hardened upto 58 HRC by
heat treatment and grinded delicately.
Strong, steel body is produced with gas metal arc welding and
mounted on shock absorbing legs.
Crushed material can be conveyed pneumatically or by screw
conveyor.
