PLACTIC EXTRUDER (GRANULE)
Extruder
is the last step of plastic recycling line. Crushed, cleaned and
dried pastics are processed in the extruder and turn into reuseable
plastic granules.
Extruder
machine should be designed according to material to be recycled.
Screw diameter, screw length/diameter ration, venting zone number
and feeding unit type should be designed according to capacity and
material to be recycled.
Besides
screw geometry, engine power and gearbox quality, powerful vacuum
pump for venting and a screen changer with big diameter always
affect the quality of final product.
Generally
there are two types of extruders; single screw and double screw.
Single
screw extruders are the most common and simple machines. They are
easy to operate and maintain and cheaper than double screw extruders.
We suggest using single screw extruder for plastic recycling.
Technical Features
100 – 1000 kg/h output capacity according to the material. Ø90 mm –
Ø160 mm screw diameter with 25, 36 or 47 L/D ratio.
Special screw and feeding unit design for rigid, film or foam LDPE,
HDPE, PP, PS and ABS.
Screws are made of DIN 1.8550 or DIN 1.4140 material according to
customer’s request. Special bimetallic welding is applied on screw
to make the life-time of the screw longer. Also heat treatment will
be applied on screw and barrel for hardening.
Extruder body is made of 8 mm thick iron sheet.
Vacuum pump cleans the hazardous gases in the material and discharges
them in compliance with European standards.
By the help of inverter controlled side feeding and main engines,
materials with different density and hardness can be granulated with
same pressure and capacity.
Screen changers with different diameters are used according to
extruder’s capacity. Screen changers have single plate, hydraulic
unit and double filtration areas. Delays at screen changing time
which can be occured of operator’s fault, is prevented by the
pressure gauge powered alarm system.
Ceramic heaters and isolated covers helps electric saving and this
also reduces the first operation time of the machine. It is also
possible to keep different regions in different temperature level by
the help of blowers on the heater covers.
Electric panels are prepared by our electricians in our factory and
all parts that are used have CE and TSE certificates.
Our machines have TSE, Warranty Cerficiate, After Sales Certificate,
GOST – R and CE Certificate.
