GRANULE STORAGE SILO  Technical Features
Material which is cut into granules at the pelletizer are
transferred pneumatically to the granule storage silo. Granules can
be loaded into sacks or bigbags from storage silo or they can be
trasferred to desired place by screw conveyor or pneumatically.
Granule storage silos are made of DKP iron material and the volume
is 2m3. They can be made od AISI 304 stainless steel according to
requirement. Drying silo with heaters and mixers can also be
manufactured for granules and flakes. |

 STORAGE SILO ABOVE AGGLOMERATION MACHINE Technical Features Storage
Silo Above Agglomerator is used for stroring dewatered material
which comes from the washing line. Material stored in the silo can
be directly feeded to agglomeration machine without using manpower.
Storage silo above agglomerator combines the washing and granulating
lines, it prevents using manpower to transfer material. They are
made of DKP iron material, with single or double screw material
transfer system according to capacity of the recycling line. |
